The Portsmouth New Hampshire real estate market is a busy one
due to this area being such a wonderful place to live, and we have
homes in all sizes and price ranges.
We have historic antique homes dating back to the 1600’s and
1700’s, newer construction homes, and everything in between.
Currently, in Portsmouth, we have 68 homes for sale, and they
range in price from $197,900 to $9,500,000. Our housing styles in
this area cover ranch styles, capes, garrisons, federals, victorians,
New Englander (farmhouse styles), and colonials. Here are some pictures

almost 2 years here in Portsmouth. And I’ve also included the
statistics showing homes sold, selling prices, days on market, etc.

Hi Ann,
I was out in the blogosphere and saw your site. Thought I would stop
by and say hello. Love all the great pictures of the Seacoast. Of
course I am real partial to your main page picture of Nubble Light in
York Beach. Love your site looks so clean and professional. Great job!
