Hampshire’s Real Estate Market Update

Curious about the real estate market in Rye New Hampshire?  Check out the charts below to see how our market is doing in relation to
the same time frame from 2007.

There are currently 67 homes on the market in Rye
NH and there have been 32 homes sold so far this year as
compared to 24 homes sold during the same
time last year. That is an increase of 8 homes sold over the same time from last year.

 

 

The average price of Rye NH homes sold this
year has decreased by $269,595.  The median price has only
decreased by $78,750.  The decrease in the average sales price
took place due to several very high-end homes having sold last year, in
2007.

Days on market (DOM) for sold homes have increased on
average by 21 days. The median DOM has only increased  by 2 days.

It will be interesting to see how many sale pending homes close by
the end of the month, and how those sales will impact the numbers above
in the 1st chart.
