Take a tour around Portsmouth homes, you’ll see some fabulously decorated homes in all of the neighborhoods this year. I’ve seen some homes where the homeowners have gone to great effort in their decorating – we should have a Halloween Decoration Contest just like we have a Christmas Decoration Contest each year.
Have a safe and fun Halloween!
