Friday, July 3rd -
Portsmouth fireworks starting at 9:15pm – South Mill Pond across from Portsmouth Middle School. Music at 7:30pm.
York fireworks start at 9:05pm – Harbor Beach York Harbor.

Saturday, July 4th -
Dover fireworks start at 9pm – Maglaras Park.
Greenland fireworks start at 9pm – Bramber Valley Golf Course – outdoor grilling all evening.
Hampton fireworks start at 9:15pm – Hampton Beach area.
Rye fireworks start at dusk – Parson’s Field.

Sunday, July 5th -
York Beach fireworks start at 9:30pm – Ellis Park Short Sands Beach

Eliot Maine, Kittery Maine, York Maine – Real Estate Market Update – Oct. 1, 2008 to Dec. 31, 2008

Real estate in the Seacoast areas of Maine and New Hampshire has been up and down over 2008, with a little more up than the previous year. Having said that, some towns fared better than others, both in New Hampshire and in Maine coastal towns.

Everyone knows someone who’s thinking about buying and/or selling real estate, and it’s very difficult to try to time the real estate market, no matter where you are. Properties are selling, and those homes and condos that have sold have been priced properly for the market and for the condition of the condo or home.

What a gorgeous area of the country Im so fortunate to live
in! I live here in Portsmouth New Hampshire, which is right on the
border of New Hampshire and Maine, and were also here along the tiny coast of
New Hampshire.

Its just beautiful here, and we have so much to do and see and experience,
both in coastal NH and southern Maine coastal areas. Being on the coast, we get to
enjoy the soothing sights and sounds of coastal living every day, if we choose
to. My favorite drives are those that hug the coastline in both New
Hampshire and Maine Seacoast areas.

Kittery Maines waterfront areas provide for
lots of picture-taking opportunities of boats, all kinds of boats – lobster
boats, sailboats, dinghies, row boats, etc.
